Alignment Activation Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the Alignment Activation service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Guarantees of Results
   Alignment Activation is designed to support your personal development and alignment. However, results are not guaranteed. Your transformation depends on your commitment to showing up fully, engaging with the process, and implementing the strategies provided. Your outcomes are your responsibility.

2. No Refund Policy
   All sales are final. Due to the nature of this high-touch coaching experience and the preparation involved, no refunds will be issued.

3. Session Scheduling & Expiration
   The Alignment Activation consists of two sessions:

• Session 1: Alignment Assessment Call (90 minutes)

• Session 2: Activation Strategy Session (60 minutes)

You agree to schedule your first session within 1 month of purchase. The second session must be scheduled within 1 week of completing your first call, and must be held within 3 weeks of your first session. If not scheduled or completed within these timeframes, the session(s) will be forfeited with no refund.

4. Scope of Service & Disclaimer
   Valerie H. Beck is a Board-Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, not a licensed medical professional. The Alignment Activation is a coaching and educational experience. Valerie does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. All content provided is for informational and empowerment purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. Client Responsibility
   You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being before, during, and after this coaching experience. By participating, you affirm that you are mentally and emotionally stable enough to engage in self-development work.

6. Confidentiality
   Your privacy is respected. Any personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential unless required by law.
