1. Program Overview

Phoenix Rising is a 12-month transformational coaching program that includes:

• 12 private 1:1 coaching sessions with Valerie Hwang Beck (1 per month)

• Full access to Club Phoenix, including:

  • Weekly 90-minute group coaching sessions

  • The Phoenix Method core curriculum

  • Four seasonal detox/intensive experiences

  • Monthly 30-minute coaching gym

  • Private online community + peer accountability pods

2. Client Responsibilities

Phoenix Rising is a collaborative, action-oriented program. By enrolling, you agree to:

• Schedule and attend your monthly 1:1 session through Valerie’s booking system. Only one session may be booked per calendar month unless otherwise arranged in writing. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

• Engage with the Phoenix CORE curriculum at your own pace, while maintaining consistent participation for optimal results.

• Attend Club Phoenix group coaching calls regularly, especially in the first months, to build momentum and connection.

• Participate in at least one seasonal challenge or detox during your 12 months for experiential integration.

• Take responsibility for your transformation. We provide tools, coaching, and community; your outcomes depend on your commitment and follow-through.

3. Disclaimer of Medical and Mental Health Advice

Valerie Hwang Beck is a board-certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and certified transformational coach. She is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, or psychiatrist.

• All services are considered complementary and alternative wellness practices and may include lifestyle guidance, Ayurvedic health strategies, and personal empowerment tools.

• Valerie does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medication. If you are under medical care, consult your licensed healthcare provider before making changes to your treatment plan.

• If you experience suicidal thoughts, clinical depression, or other mental health concerns affecting daily life, seek immediate support from a licensed mental health professional before or alongside participation.

4. Personal Responsibility & Results Disclaimer

Phoenix Rising provides a proven framework, expert coaching, and a supportive community—but results are not guaranteed.

• Your transformation depends on your energy, mindset, habits, and life circumstances.

• By enrolling, you accept full responsibility for your progress and how you apply the content.

• We commit to showing up fully for you; you commit to doing the same for yourself.

5. Community Conduct

Club Phoenix and Phoenix Rising are sacred growth spaces. You agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of all group shares

• Practice mutual respect, inclusivity, and compassion

• Avoid unsolicited selling, private solicitations, or promotional activity in the community

• Communicate and honor boundaries

We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in harmful or disruptive behavior, without refund.

6. Payment Terms

• Program fee: $7,200 USD, paid in full or through an agreed payment plan

• Payments must be made in USD

• By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges according to your payment schedule

• You are responsible for keeping your payment method active throughout the program

• Missed or failed payments may result in suspension or removal from the program

• All sales are final, except as outlined in the refund policy below

7. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Partial Refund (First 3 Months Only):
You may request a partial refund if, by the end of Month 3, you have:

• Scheduled and attended all 1:1 sessions in the first 3 months

• Attended at least 2 group coaching calls

• Completed 1 Phoenix CORE module

• Participated in 1 seasonal challenge or detox

Refund Structure:
If eligible, you will receive a refund minus $600 for each completed 1:1 session during the first quarter.

• Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] before the end of Month 3.

• No refunds will be considered after Month 3.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, and resources shared within Phoenix Rising and Club Phoenix are the intellectual property of Vibrant Visionary LLC.
You may not share, copy, or repurpose materials without written consent.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute:

• Both parties will first seek resolution through direct communication.

• If unresolved, disputes will be handled via mediation or arbitration in the State of Wyoming.

10. Agreement

By enrolling in Phoenix Rising, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
